3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom PRIME LOCATION condo in Midtown Ocean City with an outdoor pool - close to everything off of 70th St.! Great building just across the street (a 3-4 minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! The main level is bright and sunny with a window-filled living room and an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and corian countertops! The master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony and a Smart TV. The second bedroom has queen/twin bunk bed with a trundle and a Smart TV. The third bedroom has full sized bunk bed with double mattresses and a trundle so you can sleep 10 people comfortably. This condo has high speed wifi internet and streaming is available on 3 TVs (no cable) with your login credentials. There is a full-sized washer and dryer and central air conditioning in this unit. There is one dedicated parking spot behind the garage with other open parking spots in the community parking lot. The pool is seasonal and is typically open from Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*The condo comes with comforters/blankets and pillow. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $75 to $95 depending on amount of people. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
